Domain Names
A domain name is an identification string defined by the rules and procedures of the Domain Name System (DNS). Persons can apply for a domain name to the University of Cyprus or via an Internet Service Provider such as EworksWSI. Any company can apply for a domain and obtain a license to use a Domain Name under certain circumstances.
Domain names may also be transferred.
